The Traxxas TRX-4 Sport (82224-4) is a 1/10-scale, four-wheel-drive electric RC trail crawler designed for off-road and technical crawling.
It is equipped with a Titan 21T 550 brushed motor and an XL-5 HV electronic speed control compatible with 2S and 3S LiPo batteries or 6–7-cell NiMH battery packs. The drivetrain features portal axles, a steel ladder-frame chassis, a single-speed transmission and locked axles.
The vehicle includes a TQ 2.4GHz radio system, metal-gear steering servo, aluminum GTS shocks and 1.9-inch Canyon Trail tires with foam inserts. Its electronics have water-resistant features; the complete vehicle should not be treated as fully submersible or 100% waterproof.
The model is supplied Ready-To-Race (RTR). A compatible battery, charger and four AA batteries for the transmitter are required separately.
