The ISDT BL8 is a smart battery monitor designed for lithium battery packs from 2S to 8S. It provides cell-voltage monitoring and an active balancing function.
The BL8 uses a high-precision differential ADC chip and supports a maximum weighted balancing current of 3A. It has a wide-view-angle color display and supports control through applications on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, HarmonyOS and Linux.
The device connects to lithium battery packs using XH 2.54 balance interfaces. The manufacturer specifies a power input of 3.5–36V at 0.2A, a voltage measurement range of 0.8–5V, voltage measurement accuracy of ±5mV, dimensions of 66.13 × 42.77 × 13 mm, and weight of 28.8g.
